GATLINBURG, TN—Due to the extremely cold weather conditions and potential for hazardous early morning travel after this weekend’s snowfall, the opening of Gatlinburg City Hall and all administrative offices will be delayed until 10 a.m. on Monday, February 2.
Please continue to exercise caution when traveling on area roadways and be aware of possible black ice in the overnight and early morning hours. The National Weather Service is forecasting temperatures in the single digits early Monday morning. The City encourages being aware of the possibility of frozen or burst pipes and to take necessary precautions.
