GATLINBURG, Tenn.—The City of Gatlinburg has announced its observance schedule for the Independence Day Holiday.

 

Gatlinburg City Hall and government offices, including the city’s Customer Service Center and the administrative offices of the Gatlinburg Police and Fire Departments, will be closed on Friday, July 4. All offices will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, July 7.

 

The Gatlinburg Community Center will be closed on Friday, July 4 and will reopen on Saturday, July 5 at 10 a.m.

 

Residential and commercial trash collection services will occur as normal for the Independence Day Holiday.

 

The Gatlinburg Trolley System will operate throughout the Independence Day Holiday weekend. During the Summer, regular hours of operation are from 8:30 a.m. until midnight daily. However, Trolleys will operate for two hours following the annual ‘First in the Nation’ Independence Day Parade, which steps off at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, July 4. The Gatlinburg Golf Course will operate on a normal schedule, with the clubhouse open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, July 4.
