Chief David Gray
Chief Gray is the 8th Fire Chief in the history of the Gatlinburg Fire Department. Chief Gray was appointed as the eighth fire Chief in Gatlinburg Fire Department history in November 2025 and was sworn in as Chief in January 2026.

The Gatlinburg Fire Department has three shifts that are on duty for 24 hours and off for 48 hours.
