Gatlinburg City Commission to meet on April 21 in electronic fashion

GATLINBURG, Tenn.—The Gatlinburg City Commission will meet on April 21 in a regularly scheduled meeting at 6 p.m.

The meeting, though, will take place in accordance with Governor Bill Lee’s Executive Order No. 16, which addresses open meetings and allows flexibility for local governments to conduct essential business amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
City Commissioners will be participating in the meeting electronically via Zoom. Information for viewing the meeting will be posted on the Gatlinburg City Hall door, the City’s website at and the City’s Facebook page.
Due to the electronic nature of Tuesday’s meeting, public participation will not be available.

Meeting electronically and limiting public access to the meeting is necessary to protect the public health, safety and welfare in light of COVID-19. The City of Gatlinburg plans to return to in-person meetings as soon as possible.
