Gatlinburg announces Christmas holiday schedule

GATLINBURG, Tenn.—The City of Gatlinburg has announced its Christmas Holiday observances schedule.

Gatlinburg City Hall and government offices, including the administrative offices of the Gatlinburg Police and Fire Departments, will be closed on Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25. All offices will reopen at 8 a.m. on Monday, December 28.

Residential and commercial trash collection services will not occur on Friday, December 25. Those services will resume on Saturday, December 26.

The Gatlinburg Trolley System will operate on a normal operating schedule on Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25. The Trolley system will operate from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 24 and 10:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday, December 25.

The Gatlinburg Community Center will be closed on Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25 and reopen on Saturday, December 26 at 10 a.m.

The Gatlinburg Golf Course will be open from 8:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Thursday, December 24. The last 18-hole tee time will be at 10 a.m. and the final 9-hole tee time is 12 p.m. The Golf Course will be closed on Friday, December 25 and the clubhouse will reopen at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 26.
