The Mills Park Disc Golf Course was opened in 2006 and was recently redesigned in June of 2021 to upgrade the course from 9 holes to 18 holes.

There are blue and gold baskets for each of the 9 holes to allow for a total of 18 holes. There are also restrooms, picnic tables, and trash receptacles located throughout the course.

The course is located within Mills Park and begins just outside of the Gatlinburg Community Center, adjacent to the Flag Pole.
